By accessing or using the Centurion Capital website, agent portal, or client portal (together, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Centurion Capital's insurance products and services, a portal for appointed agents to manage policy production and career progress, and a portal for existing clients to view policy details and submit requests. The Site is a tool for information and account management. It does not itself issue insurance coverage.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage. Insurance products described on this Site are subject to eligibility, underwriting review, and state availability, and coverage is bound only upon acceptance by the underwriting carrier.

The agent and client portals are restricted to individuals invited or authorized by Centurion Capital. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@centurionlife.us if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Centurion Capital name, logo, and the content, design, and organization of this Site are the property of Centurion Capital and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site without prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party services, including carrier portals and our customer relationship management platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurion Capital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
